Following on from our most recent post in February, we are now delighted to announce that we have successfully moved onto to phase 3 of our continuous improvement plans. We have taken delivery of a new cable twisting machine. The machine is in position and is currently going through a rigorous testing and QA profile.
The inclusion of this new cable twisting machine will not only improve our product capacity but also the speed in which we are able to process your custom cables designs.
The purchase of this new cable twisting machine increases our cable manufacturing capabilities significantly whilst also significantly improving our lead times when fully operational.
We are now able to manufacture concentric cables at considerably higher speeds to larger diameters with the addition of three separate inline taping options for tape applications such as Polyester (PET)/Melinex tapes, Paper (Lantor) binder tapes, Aluminium foil screens, Mica Glass tapes and Water blocking tapes.
We now also have the capability of producing larger diameter cables in considerably longer runs where length is critical to the customer.
