Headset microphone cables are commonly used across a diverse range of differing industries from Defence to Aviation and the Emergency services. These headsets are used in critical situations where the overriding factor in the design is clear communication.
Through developmental prototyping, CDC Ltd has derived our own tried and tested design methods. We employ the star-quad formation in our design process to minimise the mutual interference between the adjacent pairs thus eliminating the potential interference providing clear communication capability. At the forefront of our design, personnel safety is imperative and therefore our cables are rigorously tested to ensure quality and compliance before they are deployed into the field.
These types of cables are generally PVC insulated, braid screened and are used for hand held, fixed and integrated microphones such as personnel helmet microphones.
