RoHS Certification of Compliance
The Restriction of the use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2005.
EU Directive 2002/95/EC restricts the use of 6 Substances below in the manufacture of specified types of electrical equipment.
Whilst this restriction does not legally apply to the Cables Manufactured by Custom Designed Cables Ltd; it is recognised that component compliance is relevant to many Customers and therefore we are able to confirm our compliance with this Directive.
The suppliers of Cable, Wire and other materials used in the construction of our Cables have informed Custom Designed Cables Ltd, that the items supplied to us are also RoHS Compliant.
Restricted Substances are as Follows:
Lead
Mercury
PBB (Polybrominated Biphenyls
PBDE (Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers
Hexavalent Chromium
Cadmium
