Cable Construction - Bespoke Cable Design

In Cable Construction, the heart of a Cable is dependant upon the choice of wires or cores, their construction, Materials and the way in which they are assembled. The Cable Construction will vary with each Custom Cable to cope with both mechanical (Flexing/Flexibility) and environmental requirements. The physical layout of the chosen wires and cables will define the overall Cable Construction, it's performance and influence how all other aspects of the final Multicore Cable Construction are achieved.

All of our Bespoke Cables and Custom Cables are designed to customer's own specifications/length requirements, at the right price, with quick turnarounds whilst manufactured to an ISO:9001 Accredited level of Quality. Our flexible production facility enables us to manufacture a wide range of special purpose cables at lengths as short as 100mtrs. We Manufacture prototype Bespoke Cables ranging from as little as 10m. We can also supply cable cut to length, coiled, stripped and terminated with a custom moulding service for a wide range of connectors/grommets. We have been successfully supplying industry with our range of Custom Cables, Bespoke Cables, Armoured cables, Retractable Cables, Audio Cables, USB Cables, Thermocouple Cables, Composite cables, CCTV cables and Prototype cables for over 20 years.

Custom Designed multicore cables give the option for electrical and magnetic screening or the physical protection of an armour, whilst composite cables enable many different components to be included: cores, coaxials, hoses and strain members to name but a few, all within a single cable to the customers' specification.

Our Multicore Cable designs are extremely flexible. We can tailor each design to specifically suit the final application.

Existing cables can be laid up and manipulated to form a single cable. This includes cables of different conductor sizes and different combinations of data, control and power cables. Once all of the cables are twisted together we can provide various Cable screening and Cable Jacket options to satisfy your individual application.

We can take a number of existing cables, twist them together, provide multiple Cable screening options and Cable Jacket options thus turning the original cables into an All-in-one cable for example.
